Joey and Phoebe just look like "older versions of themselves" as you'd expect tbh... Rachel and Monica look a bit odd because of plastic surgery, poor Chandler had like over a decade of addiction problems at one point which clearly aged him, and Ross just looks... so... puffy these days. No other way to describe it. He looks like Ross, but having an allergic reaction.
It does amuse me that Matt LeBlanc has indeed put on quite a bit of weight - just as Friends "vision of the future" episodes thought Joey would
