An odd one really - bluetooth range isn't huge so someone putting a bluetooth tracker on you isn't all that concerning, you could literally track someone from further away using your eyeballs.
If it was a
GPS tracker however, that would obviously be far more concerning, as they could track you... well... pretty much anywhere.
