…but so far as I can see, this particular summer reading challenge is partnered with the Arts Council England, which is National Lottery/Government funded organisation and the booking was made by the library…it being a Labour seat is irrelevant, it’s an inappropriate booking which the library have apologised for because they made the booking and the local council aren’t funding it…the Art Council is apparently….

It was part of the Redbridge Libraries Summer Reading Challenge run by Redbridge Council in East London.
