…(…I know that it’s easier said that done…)…but try not to think of it as a date because that’s the attachment of the anxiety….it’s just an evening out and an opportunity to get to know someone new …and getting to know people is something you enjoy doing, Thomas …there’s no pressure of anything else, it’s a win/win evening and we’ve all had so few of those type of social evenings in the last while, to expand our circle of friendships and acquaintances….
