Umm, don't want to offend anyone, but, people who end sentences with an upward inflection, like they are asking a question.
Only British people though, as it is the normal way Australians talk. That guy Andy on the Let's Talk FPL videos does it all the time. Also someone on a podcast I occasionally listen to. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-28708526 |
