Yeah, they're grand, my daughter didn't get sick with it at all and Luke was no worse than if he had a head cold. Me and Gavin didn't get it at all, miraculously

There seems to be an element of pot luck, a friend of mine’s 4 year old had it and was coughing, sneezing and snotting on him and his wife for a full week (you can’t exactly isolate a 4 year old!) but neither of them caught it .

Any realistic part of any “living with Covid” plan should involve funnelling resources into the NHS and sorting out immigration laws to (frankly) allow for free “no questions asked” movement of medical staff from anywhere in the world, attractive pay, and probably some sort of relocation assistance (subsidised good quality housing, maybe).

If they actually made a commitment to bolstering health services in a meaningful way then we’d be getting somewhere.

They won’t do that of course. Behind the curtain the Tories are still covertly trying to convert British healthcare into a heaving mess of competing private healthcare companies.

A plan like this needs a solid, cohesive, world class healthcare system and we don’t have one. Especially England & Wales, frankly. Scotland and NI are struggling for staff and resources but we do for now at least still have a consistent non-privatised healthcare system.

I like Dr. John Campbell. He did a peer review on needle aspiration that's worth watching. Apparently when the vaccines were first released, it was advised that the needle should always be aspirated because the muscle is full of small blood vessels and if this vaccine was accidentally put into a small vessel, then it would be an IV dose and not intramuscular dose.
During trials, genetically modified mice had a blood vessel in their tail injected with the vaccination and many of them got a pulmonary embolisms.

When AZ assessed the validity of Dr. Campbells peer review, they agreed with his findings. For some reason, the powers that be decided it still wasn't necessary to aspirate. I can only think its to do with the none qualified nurses that have been trained to give this vaccine. Aspirating would take more training and more time.

My wife was baffled that they didn't aspirate, and then doubly baffled when she googled it afterwards and learned that the official advice for Covid vaccines has been that they don't have to. It's not that long ago she got her injection training and they absolutely hammered home the importance of aspirating at the time .

Sooooo .. when I had my first two jabs ( in hospital) I don’t know if they aspirated them BUT both nurses had to wait for the woman in charge to come and check the syringe before they rammed it into my arm .

Now when I had my booster and flu jab ( same day - different arm) the woman in the pharmacy booth just injected me .. no checking by anyone else .

“ Aspiration before injection of vaccines or toxoids (i.e., pulling back on the syringe plunger after needle insertion but before injection) is not necessary because no large blood vessels are present at the recommended injection sites, and a process that includes aspiration might be more painful for infants “

Blood vessels are closely intertwined with skeletal muscle tissues and because vaccinating is a blind procedure, aspirating just ensures the needle tip has gone into desired location. In many instances, it makes little difference when a vaccine is given intravenously versus intermuscular, but during the trials for the Covid vaccine, it was discovered that messenger RNA vaccines should never be given intravenously.

Doctors are always trained to aspirate as a cautionary measure. This is why Dr. Campbell was alarmed enough to investigate further.

Default Coronavirus Outbreak

Deltacron !!

Scientists in Cyprus have found 25 cases of a strain of the coronavirus that they say combines elements of the delta and omicron variants, dubbing it “deltacron,” with a high proportion of the variant found in patients hospitalized for Covid-19, a professor involved in the identification of the new strain

Deltacron cases were found in 25 samples taken in Cyprus, of which 11 were from patients hospitalized with Covid and 14 from the general public, according to Cyprus Mail, a local English daily.

Cyprus has a tiny population with little to no facilities. I would take everything with a large pinch of salt until it is proven elsewhere

But if THEY have found 25 with poor testing /facilities doesn’t that suggest that there maybe thousands undiagnosed ?

Plus it’s a massively popular tourist destination soooooo
