No they haven’t. The high end weddings that have attracted billions of viewers worldwide have. The work they do for charity has. The Monarchy has always been a staple of Britain. It will always be culturally relevant.

And to ask you your own question, what is it about Queen Liz that has made the royal family so ‘interesting’?

The world is not solely interested in Queen Elizabeth herself, they are interested in the monarchy system, which would have been abolished in their countries centuries. ago, and the fabulous architecture , such as Buckingham, that accompanies it.

Not to mention the fact the monarch rules over the likes of Australia and Canada, with close links to India and the Caribbean.
