That still doesnt prove that there hasnt been a rise in the number of collapses.

The increase of cocaine intake by the aging ruffian on match days might have something to say in this.

No its not, someone can have difficulty with breathing and chest pain and can collapse during a panic attack so that would be classed as a medical emergency as it looks like the person is having a heart attack, did you never watch the Sopranos
