Well in that split second if you feel someone is invading your personal space what do you do ? . He already accepted a kiss/ peck greeting on the cheek from this random bloke ,yet he still tried to push it further with Will Smith. I've seen that video and you can hear Smith saying " what is wrong with you ".

Just supposing this reporter guy tried this with someone like Scarlett Johansson, wouldn't she be in her every right to push him away or slap him for being inappropriate ?.

It seems some people think it's ok to grab & touch celebrities like they own them or something.
