Kevin Crehan was his name. He got sent down for 12 months and died in prison. Not sure if he was murdered or just died naturally, but he died.

I googled the story, he was jailed for tying bacon to the door handles and shouting racist abuse at the elderly church goers, he was a convicted football hooligan which is presumably why he got a custodial sentence. He died of a drug over dose and it was not treated as a suspicious death

It's harassment and intimidation, he obviously has form for doing it to get that kind of a sentence

Yep it's probably a hate crime too which might have its own sentencing structure.
