Up most of the east coast, round the north coast of Scotland (if you can brave the cold) and also the Scottish Islands are all fine. Plus for freshwater, plenty of clean lochs .

But south coast of England is a flat NO especially south east, and several parts of the west coast are a bit risky.

Any coastline anywhere near London is pretty much on a permanent "pollution risk warning" if you look at the maps.
