Yes, she doesn't have it. More likely Johnny has it from the abuse from her.

I feel no differently at all about when it’s an older woman, it’s also not about being a pervert, it’s about the inevitable vast difference in life experience. Especially in a relationship, a 45 year old is simply bringing a lot more history into it than a 25 year old, and thus are far more likely to be the dominant influence on that relationship. Johnny Depp brought alcohol, cocaine and trashed hotel rooms. These are uncontested facts. Their relationship being messy is a no-brainer. |

I don't think it's fair though to assume just because Depp was older that he automatically had a "dominant influence" , i mean yes it does happen especially with young naive people who haven't had much life experiences . And i understand the whole maturity thing as i myself have questioned some people's motives who get with really old or really young people.
And yes mentally people's brain's don't fully mature until they're 25 (everyone is different though) i would say, and even then they probably wouldn't make the same silly mistakes they made when they turn 40. So yeah some need alot of growing up to do. But Heard had already had a few relationships and had a history of violence. It's not like she was some Amish virgin girl out of touch with drugs , alcohol , men and sex. She was not innocent and it looks like something was going on with James Franco , whilst she was with Johnny Depp. Regardless of age people can still be bullied and abused by the other person, anyone can be vulnerable. Depp's age is irrelevant considering they were both adults when they met, he was not some evil predator that chased her . She knew he had addiction problems. You could argue 'why didn't Depp leave ' as he must have so much life experience at his age that he knew the best thing would be to get out . But he said he didn't want to because his dad did the same thing to his mum , that right there proves there's alot of psychological issues and that he's a broken man. |

I suspect you’re probably right there Parmy. Not necessarily that he was on drugs when he agreed to it - but that the only “winners” in any of this are going to be the lawyers getting paid millions in a case that’s likely to go nowhere. I agree that any legal representation who advised him any of this was a good idea is very dodgy. That goes right back to the initial action against the tabloids, long before they had the idea to go after Heard herself (when trying with the papers failed). |

I think Heard's maturity level is just the tip ,seen as she's been diagnosed with ' personality disorder' .
And back to the topic of someone having a "bad influence" on their partner or even friend, yes i agree it can happen. But i just don't see that with Heard. I mean is it plausible she got more involved with drugs due to Depp's substance abuse , yes possibly as she's around it .But she doesn't exactly come across as someone who would be forced into something. She has alot of problems herself . And Depp already knows his reputation is damaged, this court case and law suit is not about money (only for the lawyers of course), but for Depp i think he just want's to clear his name or atleast lay all his cards out and be candid . He knows he's risking everything , but he probably already thinks he's lost everything now. |

it's pretty obvious to me that they both escalated things in their relationship. Drugs and alcohol can screw a relationship up very quickly

So far from what I've seen ,the only thing I think Depp is lying about is the amount of drugs he took on their honeymoon. And I think it's because he's ashamed & embarrassed.

Amber also drinks and uses drugs. As testified by her ex nurse, who said she has a drink and cocaine problem.
Amber herself told her that. So her drug use could also lead her to be violent.

I don't think Johnny was violent to her. I think Amber definitely violent to him.
But that's just my opinion.

But here's what the court case is about; 1) Amber Heard wrote about experiencing violence from Johnny Depp during their relationship. 2) He claims he was never violent and so the above is defamation. 3) The ONLY question is if Depp has ever gotten physical with Heard. Circumstances don't matter, provokation doesn't matter, her character doesn't matter, the poopoo on his pillow doesn't matter... none of it matters. If he got physical then it isn't libel and that's the whole case. It's not a criminal trial for assault or domestic abuse. It's a defamation trial. If what she wrote was even loosely true (i.e. if even once he lost his cool and slapped her around - which there is evidence of him admitting himself via text message unless you think he was giving a grovelling apology for something he didn't do - then what she said/wrote isn't libellous. Case over. |
