It's not as straightforward as when BB moved to Channel 5. BB still had a house at Elstree and they had renewed the planning permission for a further 3 years. Only the fine details and costs had to be discussed.
This time they have the big issue of where it's going to be filmed. They could even (as with I'm A Celebrity) film it downunder and still have live eviction votes. Just no live audience.
