She probably wanted Harry and Meghan in and out as quickly as possible. It was an awkward meeting after all that has transpired and she tires easily.
She has plenty more great grandchildren around her, whats the point of trying to bond with one she will likely never see again.
They could have brought her (and Archie) to meet the Queen any time in the last year, and didn't.
