A rather longwinded way of saying, "the Queen holds grudges against babies".

As I said, I'm not so uncharitable about the Queen and believe that she probably is a warm-blooded human being and grandmother at the end of the day and would have, thus, been very pleased to meet baby Lilibet, and not sat there thinking "Pfft I have other better ones".
