My daughter has been on supplements to give her the vitamins she needs because of a restrictive diet from birth and she is still on them now in tablet form from boots instead of powder
Her weight like your daughter is also an issue because she eats crisp’s snacks junk food, so she has gained weight which is a concern
We went to a yearly medical appointment recently and her doctor and dietion raised concerns which as a parent I already knew
The thing is her weight has been pretty stable but in 2019 she became mental ill and lost a lot of weight but after being put on anti depresannts one of the side affects is weight gain
It’s a juggling act at best.
