This guy is just trying to ride off Lenny Henry's comment.
The thing is you can't force black people to attend the venue if they don't want to, and if there's not enough black people wanting to sing Rock or Indie Music (the two primary Music genres at Glastonbury) then they're not gonna perform there, it's honestly not that deep.
