Yes he did…then he went on to play the Doubles Semi….I mean how amazing is he ….he must be well and truly exhausted. The stamina to move around court alone…let alone play the tennis they did is just heroic.

Tbh…I have never watched the wheelchair tennis before. Apparently Hewitt said after winning the Quarters that they should play on the main courts…the Officials phoned him last night to say the Semis had been moved to Court one….he didn’t sleep a wink. He will sleep well tonight and I am delighted that they have this well deserved exposure.

Imo the Wheelchair Tennis players do phenomenal to play at a high level, especially in this heat.

And hopefully with Hewitt doing so well at this Wimbledon, hopefully it'll have grown the Wheelchair version's popularity in the UK to be put on Centre Court.
