Kids that age change their mind & their brains & bodies haven't even developed yet. Puberty blockers should BE ILLEGAL . And think of both the physical & mental affects this would have on a child so young .
I think once they reach 18 then they can do what they want .

Agreed. In a perfect world, there wouldn't be
any medical intervention when it comes to "transitioning" for under-18s. But we don't live in a perfect world, so limiting the blockers to medical trials is probably the best we could hope for. At least that might lead to answers as to what damage they're doing.
