Sadly for the Trans community, they think that they have an ally with these organizations when really they're just being used by them to make money and garner attention, plus it always ends up being the Trans community that gets the detraction base from the right, rather than aiming their hatred at the corporations.

Mermaids are a pretty dodgy charity, promoting life long medicalisation of children is pretty gross, and that woman Susie Green the charities CEO is really gross, she brought her then son to Thailand at 16 for "bottom surgery" because it was illegal in the UK and when talking about it "joked" about how they didn't have enough "material" to work with for the transformation. Imagine joking about something so intimate and personal about your own child. How people defend her and that charity is absolutely mind boggling.
