Budget food has been around forever though. Remember Tesco blue stripe in the 90's? 9 Pence for a 2ltr bottle of Cola.

Kidding, I shop there ![]() But anyone who's genuinely short on money shouldn't be whinging about the pigmentation on the outside of the horrible "meal" they're buying.
