Though the cynic in my wonders why there needs to be a "first female" on the moon - with all the technological advances, is there an actual need for anyone to physically go there, ever again? There's already more than enough money in the world to end world hunger and for everyone to live comfortably. It's a problem of will and greed, not resources.
