That's why I say it depends, if I have seen the terrible behaviour myself then that's different. If it's hearsay ..then can't really do anything
,as then it's just gossip or a rumour . And I'm not going to start spreading those.
Even when it comes to speculating ,I always try to state that I don't know / or I'm not sure on the matter, especially if it's about people I don't personally know .
