Misleading title, but OK. Any of us that kept turning up to a school after we were legally informed we shouldn't, would receive exactly the same punishment.

Pretty sure he was the one that got a court order to stay away from the school he taught at because he was aggressive and refused to stop coming back to the school even after he was told not to come back.

So not jailed for not using specific pronouns at all, jailed for breaching conditions of an injunction against him for violence and harassment, pretty simple really, but anything for the daily heil to push a certain narrative

I don't see where it says he was violent in that article?

But yes I agree he was arrested for breaching a court order not for the use of the male pronoun. It's not up to the Gardaí to decide which court orders should be upheld and which shouldn't

Ireland is a different country to Britain Mock, we have Self ID over here. But yes he was jailed for breaking the court order that said he was to stay out of the school, seems like he refused to leave. It doesn't say he became violent anywhere in the article though as one poster suggested
