Well the Mayor of Leicestershire just said a lot of Portuguese speaking Indians have migrated here with poliical views that have caused a lot of trouble , of the 18 arrested 8 are the above and came from Birmingham, London and otherr big cities so they were there looking for trouble. Its more complicated than a game of cricket.
