The NHS wasn't a mess when the Tories took over; waiting times were low, and customer satisfaction was high.
There is not an unlimited budget, so when large private companies filter money out of the NHS, then services are automatically impacted. If you don't like what has happened to the NHS under the Tories, then no one should think labour doing the same things will be better. It's honestly really simple, so have no idea why folks want to turn themselves in knots to pretend it would be different.
You also have a slippery slope, so when NHS specialists see private specialists earning more for less hassle, then of course, they will leave the NHS too, and services are further impacted.
Us healthcare donors aren't giving money to starmer and streeting for a laugh, they expect that to be paid back with interest in profits.
