It's blatantly obvious Mock, but if you don't want to take sides, then fair enough.
Meanwhile, the levels of debate or reasoned argument:

I don't know if you seriously think that this is an intellectual debate that's being had, and maybe it was at the beginning, but these are just joke threads these days, and that's not because of any mythical "4 posters", but because of what your side is offering.

Now for the damage control. Their new team is pushing them as wholesome, regular Joe’s, misrepresented and misunderstood. Meghan, in her recent interview, said of their Netflix docuseries that the producers may not present it the way she and Harry would, distancing herself already, and Harry has been begging for parts of his book to be axed, but the publishers may not have agreed with everything he wanted.
It will be the producers and the publishers fault if H&M’s own words and actions aren't well received, naturally.

Harry & Meghan ‘contradict’ their own stories in his tell-all, Netflix docuseries

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s docu-series will debut on Netflix in early December, multiple sources told Page Six — but there are still lots of conflicts.
Sources said Netflix and the series’ filmmakers were confused by some of the comments that Harry makes in his upcoming book being at odds with what he and his wife said on camera.

“A lot in the show contradicted what Harry has written, so that was an issue,” a senior Netflix source revealed.

“Then Harry and Meghan made significant requests [to filmmakers] to walk back content they themselves have provided, for their own project,” the source added.

That’s what happens when you don’t tell the truth. You forget what story you peddled on your last pity party.
The book should have a disclaimer attached like The Crown is now doing, so that the gullible won’t think it’s all real.

“In the Royal family I never heard the word therapy.” It wasn’t until I met Meghan and she encouraged me to get it….

Meghan in a recent podcast:
“I remember at my worst point, (when she said she was suicidal) being finally connected to someone that my husband had found, a referral for me to call.”

Harry on Oprah, when asked what he had done to help Meghan when she was suicidal said
“I didn’t help her, I was too embarrassed to ask for help”.

Confused? You should be. So is Netflix.

She said: "Spare, the title of Harry's book is desperately sad. Is that what he

Journalist Meghan McCain wrote: "I’m not as plugged into this as Brits are

“The book is supposed to be about a journey to love and healing but
the title speaks about bitterness and jealousy,” Verdad penned.

I do agree with the "if you stop talking about them they will go away" theory, but it's difficult when they're all over the media. It's kinda like Trump now, people still talk about him in unhealthy doses. But then he is current i guess, whether you like him or not. And for better or worse, so are Harry and Meghan.

Denying the change in him without doing research to find out what most people see won't change that fact.

Whatever happened to the rule ‘talk about the topic, not other posters’.

Here are examples of those one liners from this thread - and there were more along the same lines which were removed:

Can’t stand them but obsessively talk about them at the first opportunity. If you can’t stand them stop talking about them

I’m sure you’ll all let everyone know what’s inside

It’s amazing how triggered y’all are

The only wobbles come from the fanatic mob

We're not interested in this, claim the most interested group of people on the planet

It’s a pity you don’t follow your own advice when it comes to tabloids

Some people have convinced themselves through the lack of their own life's that they know someone else's inside out.

Someone already made this joke yesterday. Do you ever have a thought that's your own

Where is the debate? Where are the posts in favour of H&M from these usual suspects to balance out the negative views? They are rare. Eventually, the thread descents into chaos, and is closed. They do it time after time.

Honest advice I can give to people that don't like H&M is to focus on Celebrities that you do like, I've fallen into a similar trap myself with Cheryl Cole years ago, and I ended up driving myself crazy.

I honestly don't mean it as an attack.

Well said, LT.

There is plenty of scope for people to give their opposing opinions, or at least say why they LIKE H&M, as Rusti pointed out.
H&M threads get many viewers. They are in Serious Debates and NEWS. H&M often put themselves in the NEWS. Harry’s book is NEWS.

As I said before, I’ll never understand why posters who say they have no interest open a thread only to tell other posters why they shouldn’t be posting in them. Not to post about the thread topic, but to mock and get personal with those who are interested and try to derail threads.

Someone who doesn’t dislike H&M is Annie K, who gives her own opinion and opposing views respectfully. A rarity. An example of how it is done.

It's a news story, I cant see whats to debate about it so what you are saying is pointless.

There are lots of threads we all wish would have gone differently. Folks have been pointing out for years about how a certain poster has no interest in contributing to any threads other than trolling, and the forum powers weren't interested so I have no idea why you think these threads are a protected class now.

You're patting a dude on the back who brought trans people into practically every thread last night, for no reason other than to try and get a reaction, so instead of acting high and mighty, maybe realise that this is all this place is these days. I haven't insulted anyone (despite being insulted), and I haven't broken any forum rules, so maybe you all need to stop crying, post your own posts, and stop turning into Scarlett O'Hara every time someone who isn't one of your favourites, posts in the same threads as you.

There is no rule on Tibb that you can't put someone on ignore, or just ignore what someone you don't like says. It's really easy.

Right back at ya….and not only can you ignore people - you can ignore threads too. Unlike you, I don’t go into threads I have no interest in or no desire to get involved in just to tell posters who are interested that they shouldn’t be and insult them by childish name calling - like Southern Belles and Scarlett O’Hara's.
Grow up.
...and by the way, I would welcome debate from people who 'aren't my favourites' as you put it. I think of those people as 'thinking differently to the way I do' - that is what debate is all about. Sarky one liners aimed at posters to try and rile them, and ignoring the topic, kill debate.

It is also against the rules to take threads off topic.

I responded positively to LT in THIS thread. I don't follow him or anyone else around to see what they have posted elsewhere before I can agree with them on a different thread.

Welcome debate on what? Every single one of these threads has been exactly the same, with exactly the same type of comments

Again, the rules have been laid pretty clearly over the last couple of years by the powers that be in relation to what is allowed on here, so from my pov, there is nothing wrong with following them, which is all I do. I post where I like, about what I like, and when I like. The problem isn't mine to get over. As soon as the forum allowed others to have no interest in posting their own comments or contributing in any way in other SD threads, then the rules were set. I'm sorry if you don't like that, but you only see it when it's posters you don't like and ignore it when it comes from those that want to tell you how good your posts are.

Why am I posting sarky one liners, and yet it's crickets when others you like are actually throwing actual insults around? Please report anything you think is an insult of mine in here, because then mods/admin will read back though and see exactly what happened.

All you had to do was carry on posting your posts, but you couldn't, and now this thread is on it's way to being closed again, too, which is probably the aim, so the same group of you can cry about other posters again.

Seriously, post where you want about what you want, and who cares where others post?

40oz is a big bottle of beer. Known to be drunk mostly in "hoods"

And yes, it's parody.
