She deserves to find happiness again.
My kids have been told numerous times over the years that when I go, they must welcome a new partner for hubby if he wants and finds one.
My sister lost her husband in her late thirties and went through hell with her kids when she found someone new.

Your kids have their own life now and no longer live at home so what your husband does is really not going to affect their lives apart from inheritance

When kids are very young, its understandable that replacing a partner very soon after losing them would cause angst

When my mum found out she was dying, she summoned me and said the same thing (well her exact words were I was not to be a bitch if my dad found someone else and be nice to the new lady). My dad is totally a one woman man though and he can't even think about being with anyone other than my mum...bless him
