Of course you can wear what you like...however if you were making small talk to a person you have never met before and he is wearing a Kilt...would it not be an inevitable question to ask what part of Scotland are you from??

The woman was 89...it was time for her to step down but how sad that after all these years of service she will be remembered as being 'Racist'...It has been a complete over reaction...and it seems her apology just is not good enough.
