Well that was a pile of...
On the dance-off, I thought Will edged it, Fleur's Charleston was better last night. But really, and I know its not his fault, Hamza is being shoved through every week and I've a real downer on him because of it. He's just bang average; reasonable at the latins, good timing out of hold and clearly strong enough to pull off some decent lifts (but so are lots of male celebs) but he's not a ballroom dancer of any merit and well outclassed by Will in that respect. Molly is the best dancer and deserves to win it. I got what was said about Carlos above though. It's his first year and he reminds me of Graziano in his first year - sometimes forgetting his job is to show off the celeb follower and not make the dance about himself. |

And you're assessment of Hamza I feel is very fair, and I personally feel like he hasn't had a good dance in weeks, he is literally living off the Salsa dance all of the way back in week 4, and to a lesser extent his Couples Choice. The public basically aren't flexible and are gonna stick with Hamza or Helen regardless of how they dance, or how Molly and Fleur dance, which is a huge problem for the Show because it makes watching certain performances pointless if the public don't even care about the performance. It's basically the same flaw that TXF had, especially in the later years. And with Molly I agree that she's a very good dancer, her Paso especially was very good on Sunday, however she sadly does occasionally get sabotaged with horrible choreography on certain nights, which sadly has probably hampered her vote to some extent. And Fleur is weird, she gets second on a singing contest when she can't sing, but struggles really badly in the vote on Strictly when she's delivered some of the most memorable dances of the series, you just can't make it up. ![]()

But I agree about it not being fair that she's been in the dance off so many times, despite having memorable fantastic dances & routines. |

What I mean is that she's a much better dancer, yet the public keep dropping her in the bottom two, it's really bizarre. ![]()

It's just when the standards for good dancing drops, the public will only have themselves to blame.
