Here's a boxing day bubble and squeak made by the Butler's with Christmas dinner leftovers.

I had bubble and Squeak on Monday with my leftovers from my Sunday roast. I also had it boxing day too.

Up north we do a similar thing with the non-meat leftovers but pour gravy all over before serving with Turkey , lamb or whatever... added flavour and very succulent.. I call it ghoulash
