Trans people are often very proud of their scars because it shows what they’ve been through, why shouldn’t they be shown?

I disagree
If you've got gender dysphoria, I wouldn't say they're
" proud" to show their scars as such . When a woman gets breast cancer and sadly has to have a double mastectomy ...... I would say it's more a relief to have survived surgery,it doesn't mean they want to show everyone their scars .And then there's the psychological side of it , that's not a quick fix.

Players should be able to accurately create themselves if they wish to do you have an issue with them also adding hearing aids into the game?

Yes! People may be influenced to purposefully damage their hearing to be able to have one for themselves! Protect the children from being turned deaf!

It's hardly the same thing and you know it , plus being deaf is a disability. Some people are born deaf or they lose their hearing as they get older.... it's nothing like trans or non binary!.
