Trans people are often very proud of their scars because it shows what they’ve been through, why shouldn’t they be shown?

I disagree
If you've got gender dysphoria, I wouldn't say they're
" proud" to show their scars as such . When a woman gets breast cancer and sadly has to have a double mastectomy ...... I would say it's more a relief to have survived surgery,it doesn't mean they want to show everyone their scars .And then there's the psychological side of it , that's not a quick fix.

Well if that’s your view all I can suggest is actually talking to trans people rather than making stuff up and reading whatever you’re reading
