Yeah you would never think she had 3 kids , she's so stick thin.... she clearly doesn't eat much. If that diet is true then it's sounds a bit extra . There's nothing wrong with eating healthily... but hope it's not an eating disorder.

It's really quite funny, sad and ironic that Glenn and Liam spend hours of their week calling people out for judging certain other celebs on what is said in the media, what they read etc...Yet they're doing exactly that with Kate in this thread.

Kate is an absolute gem. Natural and warm. She has always been slender, healthy and sporty. She has a beautifully proportioned body that makes anything she wears look fantastic…and she has gorgeous shapely legs.
