Have you ever been to one? What do you think of them?
I have a love hate relationship with them. I loved them when they first started opening up about 10 -15 years ago,. That turned to hate cuz, lets face it, its not the best quality food. You have to be tactical though. Avoid all the complex carbs, and go straight for the meats.
