I was completely at a loss to try to work out what happened here.

I didn't want to think the parents did anything although I could never understand why in another Country too.
They'd BOTH leave such small children alone and NOT engage child minding services.
Extremely negligent that in itself was.

On another thread on this years ago, chuf me dizzy engaged with me with everything she'd read, acquired and came to be as sure as anyone could be of the parents guilt/involvement.
I became convinced by chuff me dizzy that her research and view was correct.

I do now think the parents know far more than they've ever revealed.
So I still now think as chuff convinced me those years ago.
