Well done Kate. It won't be easy but you are doing the right thing.
Have you managed to have a conversation with your boyfriend yet? People will support you but unfortunately the hard work in down to you. Keep us updated with how you are getting on and if you feel like you are having a bad day, post in here and people will help distract you
