He was right to step down for his behaviour and lying to his bosses and bringing them into question, defending someone being accused of awful crimes without any evidence? I’d hope most people would do that, especially when it’s coming, for a large chunk of it, from a place of ignorance and bigotry.
If proof comes to light that he did commit crimes, lock him up for as long as possible, but until then, it’s just conspiracy theories
