I agree that baseless accusations are very dangerous and severe allegations should wait until they are actually proven.

I disagree, however, that people are coming at this from a place of bigotry or ignorance. I can pretty much guarantee that every member in this thread wold be equally as accusatory were this a straight man and a much younger woman who he had known since she was a child. I don't think his sexuality plays much part in most people's thought process.

i keep coming back to the fact that none of this is new. It's been known by the general public for years now. There is a large slice of smoke and mirrors going on now and coincidence or not, it seems to have come to a head on his brothers conviction.

I personally think there is more yet to come out, but i wouldn't speculate on what that could be

Well I was going to apologise for misinterpreting your post but as you have now stated that, I have to respectfully disagree again as I believe that the reaction would have been the same if it had been a heterosexual male (or femle) presenter having an affair with a much younger employee in the same circumstances.

I don't doubt that there are people on here with very different opinions and views on sexuality, many that I don't agree with, but in this instance the age that they were first introduced seems to be the very reason people are concerned
