I dont get the reasons for all the lying. I'd like to get to the bottom of why both parties lied and tried to cover it up. This might end up getting messy cuz I think we only know the tip of the iceberg.

I dont know. McGreevy could question its authenticity, to get it thrown out, but I doubt he has the money.

McGreevy could get some anonymous person to leak certain details about Schofield and then the NDA would no longer be enforceable. All of this would make the whole affair even more messy

The newspapers do though, if they want the story badly enough. They could bankroll him.

This is true but in the addition to my previous post, McGreevy could leak information to make the NDA unenforceable
