It's always exploitation. This is where we start to come up against the legality=/=morality issue... the idea that because it's not [X] by legal definition, then it must be fine and people should be able to get on with it.
It's very difficult to prove that it's exploitation on a criminal sense i.e. that your various tricks/johns/punters/onlyfand subscribers should actually go to jail, but that has little to nothing to do with whether people can individually consider it to be exploitative behaviour. Paying a drug-addled teenager for pics to get off over is 100% exploitation I think fairly unambiguously. For me personally,
all sex work is exploitative, no matter how many people try to naively argue that it's "empowering". That part is more up for debate.
But yeah. I don't think a 60 year old bloke paying a young boy (whether he be 17 or 19) for sex pictures can be viewed as anything but exploitation. And just gross.
