she was treated appallingly, the screws should be done for manslaughter

Yes, they needed to watch her
more - but appears they were not aware
she was going to have the baby

how could they not be aware? presumably she had to strip when she got to prison?

Yes but the young lady arrested
was aggressive towards the staff.

Yes, the Staff failed her


The main problem was she had the baby
but then went to sleep or was unconscious
