The ref warned Dubois FOUR times about low blows .. plus the rule is below the NAVEL is illegal- nothing to do with the belt ( that’s just a generalisation) .
Given Usyk wears his shorts lower than anyone else it suggests that the blow was WELL below the navel .. Also the ref goes into each dressing room just before the fight and relays his expectations to each fighter plus he points where a shot will classed as a low blow ..
