Obviously it should have been cleaned better, although other than that ... if the flight was full I don't know what could have been done there and then. They should of course have been offered accommodation and a free place on the next flight if they did choose to get off.
Otherwise, if there are no other seats there are no other seats ... you'd either have to accept the smelly seats or get another flight. |
