And after that 6 months was up the first thing I did was apologie's to Niamh.

Just think how isolated I was during the lockdown when I was banned from here for six months.

The reasons aren't really the point, it's that you spent the time you were banned reading up on old-as-the-hills QAnon conspiracy junk and then came back with it on repeat as though it was some brand new revelatory information, not realising (or accepting to this day) that some of us have heard it all 100x before, going back as far as the late 90's. It's just a new version of the same "special secret knowledge" that's been thrown around on certain sites since long before the Internet was mainstream.

But now it's being served up to a mainstream audience (yes that's you, ironically!) and the effect of that is completely insane.

If I wanted to do a Qanon thread, I would just post a thread on that topic. Toy Soldier got me more interested In that movement than anything. When I first made the thread I was generally curious for other opinions. But after Soldier Boys Input it made me more curious. I still believed it was either a psyop or religious cult but Solldir boys deterrent was a green light for me to investigate further.

In 2023. I still can honestly say. I don't know what it was but still follow some twitter accounts that do claim to know what it's about. They make no sense to me.
