I think Kerry is just assuming because he's a man that he'd let her use it first , her sarcastic comment of " ever the gentleman" .... just highlights her true character . But I think Dylan got there first so he just used it...I don't see it as him pushing past Kerry. She's making it into a bigger issue than it needs to be , but she wants him gone...so she's being sly .
