I actually just rewatched it and I noticed that when Olivia and Paul were talking about it Olivia said "if I was in there and the other person wanted to nominate you, I would say I wasn't comfortable with that" I note she didn't say if the other person wanted to nominate Noky which I thought was a little telling.

Also when she was bitching about Trish with Dylan she said - she just doesn't like being told what to do, she doesn't like a hierarchy- which 1- is a weird thing to say "a hierarchy "? Why should there be a hierarchy in the house and why should Trish be or accept being low down on it and 2 - its a bit rich of Olivia to say another person doesn't like being told what to do,maybe look in the mirror
