Well we have no idea where the antagonists were standing, even what room they were in.

There are reflections in the mirrors of some empty blue lounge seats. There's Noky in a white dress walking normally towards the door leading to the bedroom/bathroom/diary room. I'd expect Noky to remain close to Trish from moral support if the row was serious at that point.

The Housemates in the kitchen just look bemused, like "Here we go again, another silly argument".

Any serious escalation would have happened between that clip and the time when BBLL usually send someone to the camera run.
