I don’t understand this concept.

If you and a colleague are both doing the same job, how would it be fair to sack you both if only your colleague was incompetent!? That would make no sense to me.

Because I think it's fairer to give both another chance. I don't see any incompetence ,I see both presenters finding their feet .

Davina did BB for years and still made mistakes and acted cringe and unprofessional,but for some reason she's praised to high heaven.

and the other is an incomprehensible dud, no matter what she presents.
Will's presentation is fluid, elegant and easily understood. He interacts
smoothly with the BBLL audience and the 'guests', even though many
of them must have been on loan from a mutant reservation.
AJ's is an insult to ears.
