No offense to Rooney as I actually do like the guy when he speaks, but he isn't a good Manager at this moment in time.
He is the only Blues Manager (or any Championship Manager for that matter) where after about the first 15 minutes of the game last night, I honestly couldn't tell what the formation even was anymore. Rooney needs to get advice off of experienced Managers (especially at Championship level) and be someone's number 2 at a club and then bring those experiences to his managerial career. That would be my advice for him when he does get the sack from Blues.
